04 / DESIGN PROCESS

We come aboard, walk the space, understand how you use it. You get a measured survey and a written brief — the starting point.

Layout options, 3D renders and a material palette presented for review. The look is signed off before anything is stripped.

Construction drawings, hardware schedule and a fixed build sequence. The interior goes in to a signed-off spec, not a moving one.
